Founded as a collaborative partnership among Oro Oil Ghana Ltd, Macks Industries, and Philbro Agro Enterprise, Onesta Ghana Ltd was established to transform West Africa's agricultural landscape through sustainable palm oil production.

Our flagship RedGold Oil Palm Plantation represents the culmination of decades of combined expertise in cultivation, processing, and trade facilitation. What began as a vision for responsible agro-industry has grown into a fully integrated operation spanning 5,000+ hectares of RSPO-certified cultivation.

Agricultural Transformation Leader

Recognized for his leadership in transforming food systems throughout West Africa, with executive roles at AGRA and TCDA focusing on sustainability and agroforestry. Former Deputy CEO for Operations at the Tree Crop Development Authority (TCDA), he played a vital role in diversifying Ghana's agricultural exports beyond cocoa.

Mr. Ben Nunoo Mensah

Business Strategist

CEO of Directline Risk Consult with over 27 years of experience in the insurance sector. Holds an Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School and has participated in executive programs at Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Maxwell Nii Commey

CEO, Oro Oil Ghana Ltd

Leader of Ghana's largest palm oil exporter, recognized among Ghana's 100 Most Influential People for agribusiness impact. Under his leadership, Oro Oil has won multiple awards including Gold and Silver for Crude Palm Oil Export and was ranked 30th in the prestigious Ghana Club 100.

Entrepreneur with extensive experience in management consulting, agribusiness, and commodity trading. Under his leadership, Macks Industries has won multiple awards including Manufacturer of the Year at the President's National Awards for Export Achievement.

Mr. Philip Kwame Brobbey

Founder/CEO, Philbro Group

Entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist with business interests in agro-processing, real estate, and telecommunications. Through Philbro Agro Enterprise, he has led the production and export of Philfry vegetable cooking oil in West Africa.
